Within one of my hobbies - tropical marine fish keeping I am required to conduct a number of water quality tests, the test kits require different solutions of chemicals in small quantities to be mixed for prescribed times. These times range from 10 seconds to 1 minute. The supplied chemical bottles for mixing tend to be about the same size.

This is a growing hobby and so far within this market I have not found any sort of device that will help with this.

There are various apps that will act as timers but there is nothing that will agitate the chemicals and free hands to be doing other things during this agitation time.  Even the timers tend not to have resets back to set time but rather reset to 0

Two different sizes of bottles are to be used with this device, the smaller is 28 mm diameter and 58 mm tall whilst the other is 34 mm diameter and 67 mm tall.

The current method of agitation is to swing the bottles by the neck. I am looking at the possibility of using a vibration motor to shake the solutions.
