BACK TO WEELY ASSIGNMENTS

 

The assignment for this week is to redraw the echo hello-world board,
Which is the first diagram below and add (at least) a button and LED (with current-limiting resistor).

 

Using the Eeagle PCB design sofware, the Gimp image editter, the FabModule and the Modella Milling Machine; I was able to do this with success. Having the eagle installed, I downloaded the Fab eagle library and then added it to the eagle library folder. One easy way to get the location of the library folder is shown with the first diagram below.

Having completed the schematic drawing of the circuit I routed it on the board and the saved as a PNG in a monochrom format. I opened it with gimp and then cropped to get the correct outline. I then imported it into the FabModules and then processed it for cut.
