I have a proposed system diagram and remaining-work sequence. I still need to record the local/global instructor review: date, participants, feedback and agreed next actions. The earlier meeting paragraph was not supported by a dated record in this archive.
Post a system diagram for my final project, list the tasks to be completed, make a schedule for doing them, and meet my local and global instructors to review these and my weekly assignments.
This is my proposed architecture; the final fitted parts still need verification. It shows how I intend to connect the solar panel and battery for power, the XIAO microcontroller in the middle, the GPS module and the compass as inputs, and the E-Ink display as the output.
Proposed TrailNAV system diagram: GPS and compass would feed the XIAO ESP32-C6, which is powered by the solar panel and battery and drives the E-Ink display.

This is my proposed order of work, not a record of completed sessions. I still need to agree calendar dates and lab access with my instructor; I have not backdated a schedule to the original course weeks.
I need to arrange or document the actual review with my local and global instructors. I will record the date, who attended, which weekly gaps were discussed, and the agreed project scope and schedule. I have not treated the draft system diagram as evidence that this meeting took place.
