Fab Lab Reykjavík opened in 2014 and has 5 staff members.

Three of the staff have completed the Fab Academy. Arnar Daði Þórisson completed in 2018, Hafey Viktoría Hallgrímsdóttir, and Andri Sæmundsson completed in 2023.

Andri Sæmundsson is the Fab Academy instructor at Fab Lab Reykjavík for 2024.
