This week’s homework is difficult, but the process is interesting.

SMR-20 to make my PCB

My original plan was to finish the PCB board with Roland SMR-20, and complete the welding of electronic components by reflow soldering. But the problem came out at the very beginning. There was no suitable milling cutter in the Roland equipment of my laboratory. The diameter of the fixed cutter handle of the milling cutter with the carving circuit board was 6mm, and it was difficult for me to get the fit in Chinese mainland. So I decided to change my mind. I found a lathe to process and remake a chuck with a fixed diameter of 4mm, which took a long time.

When I got the new chuck, I began to carve the circuit board immediately.

Place electronic components and solder paste.

Vinyl cutting to make my PCB

While I was waiting for the new chuck to be processed, I started the standby scheme. I wanted to try to use the vinyl cutting machine to make PCB. Fortunately, some students have completed the same task, and his tutorial is very referential.

This process is also very difficult. It began to fail many times
