Week 17: Invention, Intellectual Property, and Income

This week is mainly to plan on how to dessiminate my final project product and get monetized. Not only that, we also need to see how my project in real life could impact the society that I am planning the project to be dessiminated.
In order for the project to be successfull and self sustaining, intellectual property and licensing plays the vital role.

Intellectual Property
According to Baidu, Intellectual Property refers to the intellectual labor of the people shall enjoy the exclusive rights, is usually given by the state to the creators of exclusive rights of its intellectual right in a certain period of time or exclusive rights (exclusive right).

Copyright in Bhutan


As per the Copyright Registration and Recordation of Bhutan from https://www.wipo.int/export/sites/www/copyright/en/registration/replies/pdf/bhutan.pdf. Copyright registration are done only for Original literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works, Cinematographic works; and Sound recordings.

Patents
A patent is a property right for an investor that's typically granted by a government agency such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The patent allows the inventor exclusive rights to the invention, which could be a design, process, an improvement, or physical invention such as a machine. Technology and software companies often have patents for their designs.

Trademarks
A trademark is a symbol, phrase, or insignia that is recognizable and represents a product that legally separates it from other products. A trademark is exclusively assigned to a company, meaning the company owns the trademark so that no others may use or copy it. A trademark is often associated with a company's brand.

Dissemination Plan
My project purely aims for the Road Safety and Transport Authority (RSTA). For the safety reason and in order to reduce the human resources, my project will be great solution for the problem that lingers in my cities.
Usually the model of the project will be ticket for my connection with Road Safety and Transport authority (RSTA) of my country. Japan International Coperation Agency also verbally agreed on connecting my project RSTA.

    For dissemination and implimation in real field , I need to:
  • Make it in bigger size,
  • Improve structure,
  • Make structure matching with traditional to preserve beauty
