Two weeks were given until the presentation(17-Jun).

I divided my plans into three stages and made a plan to achieve the minimum graduation conditions before the presentation.

The first step is (1)to create an overall desk mechanism, (2)use potentiometers to set the height adjustment phase up and down stops, and control the four stepper motors. ((3)to move height from 600mm to 1,100mm)

The second step is (1)to add the remaining four motors to move from 350mm to 600mm.

The third step is to (1)build a heating system by adding incandescent lamps (2)to create a board that controls the incandescent lamps.

• what has worked? what hasn't?

  • As far as I've made it
    • The four motors work well.
    • Depending on the potentiometer, the motor will operate well.
    • The legs of the desk move up and down.
  • Hasn't
    • It does not go up or down horizontally.
    • The movement of the two legs of the desk is not smooth.

• what questions need to be resolved?

  • Smooth movement of two legs (first and third leg)
    • The first leg can be cut back.
    • Third leg is too tight with the clamp, so the internal mechanism is too tight. So can just cut it again and tighten it properly.

• what will happen when?

  
  • I will proceed with the work with the planner above. I'll put the things about the desk first. When they are all complete, we will work on the heater system, and if we don't have time, it will be delayed a little bit.
    Almost everything will be done in two weeks and everything on the project will be completed.

• what have you learned?

    • If you only plan and don't start, you don't know what's wrong. short planning and spend a lot of time on running it right away. Small and many experiences speed me up to reach my goal.
  • Rome was not built in a day.
    • My perfect homepage and weekly assignments are not made overnight. I realized again that if I postpone it to tomorrow under the pretext of being busy, I will have a big trouble later on.
  • Electronic product producer
    • learned how to make electronic boards. We have data sheets. If I have data sheets, I can now make the electronic board I want.
  • An unfriendly child(Plywood)
    • Plywood is a fussy kid. The machine mechanism that makes it is very difficult.. It's very difficult to fit a certain size with a lot of bending and different thicknesses.
  • I will sand the wood even if the earth is destroyed.
    • Sanding wood is a noble task. It requires full concentration. A little mistake can cause the surface to crack strangely. You have to cut it with all your heart.
