Before Learning, I filtrated the types of CAD software.. on based on the applications… This helped me to use the software in a efficient way....
GIMP¶
With this learning, I begin my work…
My 1st work using GIMP (Editing the image of Microbot..)
Initially, it was difficult to use...... later… I found it easy.....
This is something new
Then for my final project.. I designed a templet..
I call this picture as a title card.....
Then, I worked with Inkscape
For using.. Inkscape, I watched this tutorial.
I Designed my own face by using Inkscape....
I designed a feet....
After, in my view Inkscape has an alot of features but, GIMP is very easy to use....
Initially, It will take sometime to use this software as a pro..... and I had more fun While playing with it....
I also used an extra 2D design CAD software know as vectr…
This software is very easy to use.. but it cann’t be equal to GIMP or Inkscape.....
For Learning this software, I didn’t follow any tutorials....
Coral Draw X7¶
This tool is easy compactable with gcc laser. From the day, when I spend my time with the laser machine in my lab, till now, this software helps me alot. It takes time to practices the settings in this software. Moreover, this software is licensed one. After repeated practices, I was able achieve this design..
With this, I also learned to some 3D cad drawings..........

As, I am non-engineering students, means I am going to pursue my engineering degree… It took some time to understand Solid Works, moreover, for learning solidworks you don’t need any engineering experience.
many youtube tutorials will make you a solidworks expert...... This is how, I also learned..
So, I started with FreeCad, Initial, to understand some basics of 3D drawing...... but my mac didn’t support FreeCad that good.. so I moved to SketchUp but getting controll of a cad software in a day is Hard. I try my best… and I got this design.....
but, my intension was to learn solidworks.... and I ask my instructor to give me solidwork software.... Then I started to run solidwork and freecad in my PC (HOME), the both softwares were working in top quality....
So, remotely, I was play ing with these Cad software......
This are some designs in FreeCAD…
Actually, why I preferred soildworks.... because, in my dad’s office, none of them know to work with 3D design.. and my father want me to help his design complications with 3D cad design by using solidworks… hence I want to help father, moveover I love to design and I had a fire to learn 3D cad.... that made me to learn.....

With this in free time, I used to do 3D design for my father’s upcoming job… with this he could able to qouta a correct and proper price to his job.....

Extra CAD Softwares¶
In extra CAD software… I learned about.... Blender and audacity
blender is a software where, you can do multiple graphical designs.....
It also include, “VFX, Video editing and more.....”
Initially, I faced lot of trouble.. while learn this software and it had same level of difficulty like other CAD design software....
Similar to Solidworks, blender also have lot of “Youtube tutorial, where I also learned and developed as “intermediate”..

then, I learned about audacity…this is sound or music editing software..... but this software’s latest version doesn’t support in Mac 0S, hence I doenloaded in my PC which is windows and I started to edit audio files.....
With these CAD skills, I develop a new a video which is something new &, totally different.... from other video…
