Hello World!
I'm Bruno, a 25 architecture student from Portugal, I'm taking my master at ISCTE-IUL, my interests span from contemporary art, photography, architecture and most recently in interactive technologies.
Last year, i've won the European Patent Office university competition in the category of smart house technologies, i represented Portugal in that category but my smart window didn't win the European contest, which mean that i did'nt file it.
I was really overwhelmed by the patent structure and filing system. I've quickly realised that my arduino project
wasn't suited for this conpetition, but had a last felt that i was getting somewhere with the domotic applied to sustentability.
I'm part of the volunteer team who opened FabLab Lisboa (I'm attending this class at FabLab EDP, thanks for everything Ferdinand, Luís and Nuno), in August 2013 and i still assist costumers at the opendays.
So, apart for the obvious thirst for drawing, modelling and fabrication, my main interest in this class is the internet of things, making smart things talk to each other.
