02 - Computer-Aided Design
This week we worked on Computer-Aided Design in both 2D and 3D.
The assignment was to model our final project in as many different ways as possible.
Final Project Models
3D - Tinkercad
This model is of the picture frame with an array of LEDs at the back. There will be a handmade felt design in front of the LEDs with a piece of laser-cut matting for the border. Once my modeling skills improve, so will the details of the final project!

Here is a 2D model done in Inkscape using a picture of a piece of felt that I made a few years ago. The white border will have a laser-cut design. The LEDs will be behind the felt and move in time to music.
