WEEK 2 Computer-aided Design

I have been exposed to a range of different design programs over the years, both 2D and 3D. Since May of last year I have been using inkscape.

I Think its a great program, very easy to use and great program for a introduction to Cad.

I Generally do my design sketching by hand, but have seen renders online done using Illustrator and sketch book pro. Thought I would give it a go.

Expecting the worst as my hand mouse co-ordination has a lot to be desired in the releam of computer sketching were expensive tablets are used for a reason!!

I was pleased with my sketch and was surprised at how easy it was to do, all be it with a little background knowledge as the shapes were basic forms with different fills and stroke thicknesses.
