Learning outcomes:


  1. Design a machine that includes mechanism + actuation + automation
  2. Build the mechanical parts and operate it manually.
  3. Document the group project

As we agreed as a team me and my colleage Ishaq were working on the design, Also you can see all out team work in the Group assignment page




We made eggbot machine and there's a lot of opensource design for that like this Instructables example




Then we decided to go through this open source design for William


The design


It was good to play with the design parts and edit in it, But generally it wass a good design but The part we had missing was the right hand side egg support and the mechanism to fix the egg in it's place without being loose






As shown we've used FUsion 360 that you can find a good descreption for how to use in my collueage page here, Just we uploaded the design then we started to edit



W've added thread to control the space of holding the egg




Then we put a rood rotate with it and made a holes in it ti fix the distance we made by any screw
