- An alarm clock that plays podcasts and has a similar design and feel to the vintage sony dream machine
- Large scale LED art to submit to the light festival. My idea is to make a large grid of LED bars that I can program to simulate the act of folding origami into various shapes
- Water usage monitor for shower and kitchen sink that can indicate the cost per minute I am paying for electricity and water as I am consuming it
- Window shade for my bathroom window that is composed of laser cut wood and vinyl cut transparent material to make an art noveau inspired window shade
- Laser cut parametric lampshades

- Canal boat monitor that I can mount on the porch of my houseboat to monitor the speed of motor boats and indicate to them how fast they're going. Bonus would be if I could connect it with a water gun to squirt them if they come too close to my boat.
- Dry compost toilet that looks pretty, doesn't smell (I've already done this part), but it produces a dry material that can be safely handled and disposed of, something like a brick for building materials or..?
- Kitchen food scrap composter
- Automated indoor planter that tracks soil moisture and light levels. Dispenses water and controls LED grow lights so that I can grow tropical plants indoors
- An electric kettle french press mug
- Barcode scanner on the door of my fridge that I can use to scan barcodes for kitchen items I have run out of and need to purchase again
- A hard sided case with curved sides for transporting keyboard, mouse, laptop charger, peripherals, etc.
- Beehive themed lampshade
- CNC desk, rocking chair, bookshelves, coffee table
- Laser cut drawers for kitchen island
