Description

I was born on February 17th, 2004. I am from Tehuacán, a city near Puebla (approximately 1 hour and a half away).

My hobbies are doing sports, especially running, rock climbing, and gym; listening to music of every type (my favorite band is Twenty One Pilots); doing cosplay, which includes painting, sewing, designing, cutting, sanding, etc. And last but not least, playing videogames. I prefer solo games, but right now I love playing Marvel Rivals, being main Emma Frost.

Previous work

I've worked on different projects during university and also worked on cosplay and DIY stuff, so I can say that I have very creative solutions and know how to get a good product looking, not in every project but in most.

XAVIMATRONIC

The last semester my friends and I made an animatronic with the form of the mascot of our school whose name is "Xavi" therefore the name. This project focuses on optimizing the “XAVIMATRONIC” to use it as an assistance robot for guidance inside the campus at IBERO Puebla. The first version, a Fab Academy prototype, had many flaws and was in its early stages. To achieve its purpose, the prototype’s structure and mechanisms were reinforced, focused person-tracking was implemented for reliability and lower computational cost, the appearance was refined for a more approachable look, and an AI agent service was integrated with the university database to support academic queries. These enhancements create a more efficient, reliable, and user-friendly assistant for students and visitors seeking information about IBERO Puebla.

Spider-man mask

I made this Spider-man mask with a friend. This mask was for a subject in which we saw AI and how to program the most of the basic stuff by that, this mask has a facial recognition model which tracks parts of the movements of facial parts such as the eyebrows, nose and neck tilt are then replicated by the mask, allowing it to wink, tilt and turn its neck.

Submarine

This project was for a subject which most was focused on programming but always the final project is something physical that works in our case the submarine was the final project. We used bluetooth connection and MIT app inventor for the app, lego pieces for gears and joints; and last and the most difficult To prevent water leaks, sealing it wasn't as simple as just using glue. In the end, using expanding foam was the solution, as it sealed well and didn't add much weight, allowing it to move and sink correctly.

CNC machine

This project was the less ambitious because I only focused on the design and functionality of the mechanisms especially the toothed belt system with pulleys that is the main principle function of a lasaer cutter or a drawing machine (giving a high-quality finish to some pieces).

ODST armor

This project was more about cosplay and hand-crafted things. This armor is made of EVA foam, making some little adjustments to get a better final design so the armor doesn't look flat, by doing this I learned how to give most of the materials a high-quality finish.
