✦ Get to Know Me
Hello! My name is Greayshell Cielo Gómez, but most of my friends call me Greay. I'm 20 years old and I'm from Puebla, Mexico. I am currently an Industrial Design student at Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, where I have experienced design as a process of constant learning and exploration. I have always been excited by the idea of transforming concepts into objects and experimenting with new techniques, materials and mechanisms.
✦ Previous Work
Throughout my degree, I have had the opportunity to become familiar with various 3D modeling software, as well as 3D printing and laser-cutting processes. At the same time, I have worked on hands-on projects involving materials such as wood and metal, which are, without a doubt, the projects I enjoy the most.
◆ Physiotherapy Kit
Designed for older adults who suffer from osteoarthritis in the hands. It consists of a series of tools that help perform physiotherapeutic exercises to reduce muscle pain and improve joint mobility.
◆ Physical well-being of farmers
The research document for this project focuses on the development of a device that supports the physical well-being of farmers in the state of Puebla, Mexico. Information was collected mainly through primary and secondary sources, with user interaction being essential to the project’s development.
◆ Bioethanol fire pit furniture
A stainless steel table whose main function is to serve as a decorative base for a bioethanol fire pit. What stands out the most is the furniture’s design, which features geometric forms that appear to be suspended beneath the tabletop.
✦ Fab Academy 2026!
Joining Fab Acdemy 2026 excites me because it represents an opportunity to combine design, technology and digital fabrication in a more hands-on and creative way. I'm excited to keep learning new tools, challenge myself through real projects and transform ideas into functional prototypes while developing both my technical and creative skills.
