Garlen Kwok (Jialiang Guo) Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China Currently serving as the Director of FabLab BNU at the School of Future Design, Beijing Normal University, he is responsible for teaching graphic and digital media design, promoting interdisciplinary innovation, and is a designer with a multicultural background.
Having graduated from the China Academy of Art and the University of Hamburg in Germany successively, he has been deeply engaged in the fields of digital design and creative education. He is committed to exploring the integration of AIGC, 3D printing and modern design aesthetics, and guiding young creators to express their artistic ideas with cutting-edge technologies. He once studied at the China Academy of Art (Hangzhou) before pursuing further education and work in Hamburg and Stuttgart, Germany—including roles at ROMAN KLIS GmbH and participation in visual and motion image projects at the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg (MKG). This experience integrated Eastern and Western design thinking, shaping his focus on cross-platform visual systems that blend creativity, functionality, and communication.
