I am Ardradevi K from Kerala, which is in South of India. I have completed my Bachelors in Architecture in 2025. The interest to make simple products and crafts has always been a part of me. This space is to document my duration in Fab Academy 2026.
My products have always evolved from the materials I already have around me. The cat perch, for instance, was built using an old cupboard stand, a pizza box, and rope. Similarly, the laptop stand and yarn holder emerged from a practical need. Either such products were unavailable in the market or were priced beyond reasonable reach. I began by studying basic design principles and then adapted each idea based on the materials at hand.
