Week 20 - Final Project Presentation

Presentation files

Fab Academy asks for two files in the website root: presentation.png at 1920 x 1080 and presentation.mp4 as an HTML5 video around one minute long and under about 25 MB. I already have draft files in the root directory. I am leaving them in place for now and will update the edit after the final cut is ready.

Slide preview

The slide should carry the project name, my name, Chaihuo Makerspace, Fab Academy 2026, one clear image or render of the project, and a short description of what the device does. The final slide also needs the license notice from Week 19.

Final presentation slide draft

Video preview

The final video should show conception, construction, and operation. My current draft already sits in the correct root location. I still plan to review the cut so the final version spends more time on the integrated product and less time on screen captures or bench wiring.

Final project checklist

Requirement Status
Final project page Brain Fog Insight Companion exists and links to the relevant weekly work.
System integration Week 16 documents platform packaging, PCB move, power, camera, wearable, and host integration.
Applications and implications Week 18 answers the planning questions, BOM, processes, and evaluation plan.
IP and dissemination Week 19 documents license choice, sharing plan, income plan, and progress tracking.
Presentation slide presentation.png is in the root directory. Final visual polish is still allowed before submission.
Presentation video presentation.mp4 is in the root directory and under 25 MB. The edit can still be improved later.

What the video needs to show

For the final edit I want the viewer to understand the project without reading the full site: the problem, the desktop host, the wearable, the camera/blink path, the screen, the voice interaction, and the 40 Hz audio or intervention loop. The strongest footage is the integrated product running, with quick construction cuts from 2D design, 3D printing, PCB soldering, and packaging.
