Sonam Pelkeath Lhazin

Hi, I'm Sonam Pelkeath Lhazin, a 9th grader in the Royal Academy, Bhutan. I am from Lhuentse, and I love to read, travel, and explore new fun ideas. Fab Academy feels like an entirely new galaxy to me, and I am so excited to get on and dive right into, exploring and navigating this universe of ideas and possibilities.

My Motive to Take On This Course:

While growing up, I was drawn to the imaginative scenarios I saw in films,where characters built neat inventions in their basements. While that fascination took root early on, I lacked the practical pathway to convert that inspiration into reality.

Having always been deeply interested in technology, this course felt like the perfect way to finally learn and do what I’ve always wanted. Beyond gaining valuable digital skills like fabrication, design, and coding,which are in fact very important in this modern era,I do believe this course will be a life-transforming experience for me. It will help me both as a student trying to figure out my goal and as someone who wants to contribute meaningfully as a citizen.
