My name is Sierra Seetin. I am currently in my first year at Wheaton College Massachusetts pursuing a double major in Film and Business. I am originally from Queens, New York. I love tech, movies and making things and I aspire to merge these together during my time in Fab Academy. Ever since I was young I've loved systems of sorts—from Rube Goldberg machines, Minecraft redstone, to 3D printing—I like using machines to make my life easier. My experience is limited to introductory understanding of circuitry and electronics, but I have much experience with 3D printing and graphic design. I also have something of an imagination, hah. Currently I have made many short films as well as headed business projects but I want to find an intersection between my interests that makes use of tech. I think AI is drastically shaping the future of film and business and I want to be there when the tide changes. Maybe Fab Academy will help open my eyes to the true possibilities of what robots can do.
