I’m Ashish Joy, a Mechatronics Engineer with a passion for robotics, industrial automation, and rapid prototyping. My journey has been driven by an insatiable curiosity for how things work and a determination to push the boundaries of what’s possible. From designing intricate CAD models to bringing them to life through CNC machining and 3D printing, I revel in transforming ideas into tangible, functional marvels.

GRIT - The Old Man and the sea

Inspired by Ernest Hemingway’s literary masterpiece The Old Man and the Sea, Grit embodies the essence of human resilience: fragile in appearance yet unbreakable in nature. The fisherman’s quiet resolve, as he grapples with nature’s grandeur, echoes themes of courage, endurance, and the eternal pursuit of triumph against overwhelming odds.

Automatic Medicine Dispenser

A gantry pick and place system which dispenses medicine by reading prescription through a QR code. The system has a database system for Pharmacy and a prescription interface for doctors

Hope - Kinetic Whale

A kinetic sculpture that symbolizes the recovery of whale populations through movement.
