Final Project Components

Capacitive Soil moisture sensor:

A capacitive soil moisture sensor is an electronic device used to measure the moisture level in soil by detecting changes in capacitance(ability to store electriciyt). Wet soil increases capacitance, while dry soil decreases it. And i want to use this sensor because they are covered in a protective layer, making them more durable and reliable.

DHT11/DHT22 (Temperature & Humidity Sensor)

– Measures temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse.

OLED

OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode), is a display technology where organic compounds emit light when an electric current is applied

XIAO ESP32-C3

– My microcontroller acts as the brain for this system. It processes sensor data, controls actuators, and enables wireless communication.

4 channel Relay module

– A relay module is an electronic device that functions as a switch, allowing a low-power control circuit to switch a high-power load on or off, providing electrical isolation between the two.

Water pump

– Pumps water for automated irrigation based on soil moisture levels.

DC Fan

– Provides ventilation and helps regulate temperature.
