Fab Academy 2024

Al Jazri Fablab is the digital fabrication fablab facility part of House of Wisdom in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In the lab we host a wide variety of educational programs focussed on digital fabrication technology. The lab is also open to public to use the facility for prototyping consultation and fablab machine booking to create their ideas to prototypes.

The House of Wisdom was designed as a cultural hub that offers various means of learning that shifts the centre of focus towards people, interactions, and experiences. From the open spaces to the wide variety of programs and events, we are creating a hub for cultures, ideas, and interests to interact in infinite possible ways, creating with it new opportunities for innovation, creativity, education, and entertainment.

As an Apple Education Manager at JTRS UAE, I support K-12 organizations in effectively integrating Apple products and services into their digital ecosystem, provide leadership training and guidance on best practices and pedagogies. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new possibilities in the field of education technology, and I value collaboration, creativity, and impact.

Engineer, Educator, and Futurist with a rich tapestry of experiences. She is currently channelling her skills and creativity at House of Wisdom, as the Head of Innovation & Creativity Enrichment. Her role involves crafting programs and fostering a culture that encourages others to embrace innovation and hone their maker skills.

Design and fabrication specialist with deep knowledge in digital fabrication. He is currently operating, Al Jazri FabLab bookings and design requisites. His role involves in working on projects to realize them from idea to prototypes using digital fabrication.
