Individual contribution in the project¶
for this week I’m in charge of the Electronic production of the control circuit of our machine
I will be using : -a soldering iron;
- tin
- a vice printed with our 3D printer in our lab
step1 Tool path generation¶
i use MODS CE
To generate the tool path we use mods CE. All the steps to do that are explains and availabe in this week. The file for traces and outlines are available at the end of this page.
Note that the files provided are svg files so use export svg file module in the mods process.

Fist of all I prepare the welding iron. double clic on the button and wait some time and your welding iron wil go 0° to 300° celcius.
The tools I used are there :
I use End mill 1/32 for outline milling and 1/64 for trace milling. More details into this link

What we have learned.
maybe nothing extra but this task allowed me to refine my ability to weld.
