Soldering

I have done some soldering in the past, but only conventional through holes components. Aparently it was enough to be able to do this job, all soldering went well first time right.

The FT230XS chip is very small. Others here used the flux technique, but I did it different. I started with one a bit of solder on one leg and positioned it. Then I used too much solder to be sure all legs were connected and removed the surplus using stranded wire.

For the programming I got help from Jonathan because I don’t have any knowledge about that yet. I logged my learnings about that on the Hello World page.
