About Me

Hi, I am Kiran Wakchaure

I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sanjivani College of Engineering, Kopargaon, Maharashtra, India.

I have completed my Master in Mechanical Engineering and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.

I am interested in 3D modeling, 3D printing, Kinematics of mechanisms.

My Area of research is Friction stir welding, Welding Metallurgy, Material Characterization.

Motivation

My aim for taking this class is to help my students turn their thoughts into tangible reality. As a rural community member, the Fab Academy course will enable me to assist the community in solving challenges using cutting-edge technology. Also, help kids in rural areas to learn problem-solving through STEM education.

I'm grateful to my organization for providing me with the opportunity to participate in the Fab Academy course. Throughout this Fab Academy journey, I hope to gain a wealth of new knowledge and technology and get valuable experience in a new field that allows me to exchange knowledge and produce something for myself or the community.
