I am glad to mention hear my newly experince with FAB LAB 0 Vigyan Asharm Pune.it's the fortunately great opportunity to Explore my Knowledge and skill under FAB LAB-0
I am very Thank full for that.As I am a Elecrical Engineer it is quite new for me to develope websites and to learn this interesting things so i took some references from google.
In FAB LAB -0 I See extraordinary thing for me, the environment of research over this place is very fresh and nourishing.
So I am looking forward to do some applauding work in my respective project.
I am really into the process of creating valuable project for the people as an responsible engineer. The Instructor here are very helpful and inspiring for me.
Some Project Ideas while discussing with Instructor at vigyan Ashram
PROBLEM STATEMENT :-
Open fires stoves are widely used in developing countries by about 2.5 billion people.
These Biomass stoves or fires are characterized as low efficient that results in inefficient use of scarce fuel-wood supplies.
This lead to high emissions of health damaging air pollutants and smoke which is highly linked to ARI (acute respiratory infection).
So replacing the Biomass stoves, with improved ones is an important challenge for developing countries.
Adding TE (thermoelectric) generators can provide electricity that permits not only to charge the portable devices (light, phones and other electronic devices) but also the use of an electric fan increasing the ratio air to fuel to achieve a complete combustion in the stoves.
Objectives :-
1. To introduce other way to produce the Electricity
2. To Utilize waste heat Energy being generated during campfire
3. Convert Heat Energy into Electrical Energy
Its Base on Seedback effect
What is Seedback Effect.
Thomas Johann Seebeck invented seebeck effect in 1822
Heat is applied to a circuit at junction of different conductor a voltage will be generated
The magnitude of voltage generated is proportional to temperature difference and depend on type of conducting material.

Still I was not Convince with Above idea. I was Thinking about the project that has impact on human Helth
Actually this idea comes in my mind while Discussing about project ideas with our instructor Mr. Dikshit at Vigyan Asharam,he praposed about the effect of Repeatedly heating oil on human helth .
So i decided to persue this project
But questions comes in my mind i have to decide the objective of my project.
Objectives of my final project.
1) To reduce the ill effect of reheated edible oil on human Body
2) To Maintain the Quality of Edible Oil
3) Reduce the loss of Heat Energy
It's about controlling the flame of gas in hotels kitchen burner.
I wanted to design one cotroller which can maintain the tempreture of edible oil at precise level.
Oil is a major part of the Indian cooking style, and most households use it in their food.
The need of this is by doing so we can restrict the excessive heating of edible oil.
As hotels process of cooking is quite continuous and because of which the overheating of edible oil took place.
This over heating of edible oil is not good for human health and that should be prevented.
Reheating certain vegetable oils like sunflower or corn oil has been shown to release a higher concentration of Aldehydes, toxic chemicals that have been linked with many conditions like cancer, heart disease
Cooking oils contain trans fatty acids, which increase upon being reheated.
Trans fats are worse than saturated fats as they not only increase the levels of bad cholesterol, but they also decrease the levels of good cholesterol. It is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, and various liver disorders.
So my Idea of prevention is that by using the heat sensor or (fire sensor) we can measure the limit or threshold of heat above which the heating is hazardous.
A Tempreture sensor will sense the tempreture of oil and then it gives the information to control Unit may be micro-controller Board or PID Controller. it has the programming to optimize the tempreture level as per the need. The control unit send the command to survo motor (The shaft of survo motor is connected to nob of the regulator with the help of coupler which rotate the nob of the regulator as per requirement) This is how the tempreture of edible oil will be maintain

3) Output Device Interface With Controller and display as per Input Data
4) 3D Designing and Printing
5) Embedded Programming
Who Will Use this project:-
In hoteling industry starting from small road side stalls of fast food to medium or average size hotels further over big size 5 star hotels they have need of heating of oil or some other things like that in the process of food making.
There may be some provisions in big or 5 star hotels to control the heating gas flame or may be some don't have... But majority average size and small hotels don't have such provisions. So considering this fact theres a need of prevention from overheating of oil.
Applications fo my project:-
1)Used in all food hotels where oil heating took place
2) In food manufacturing companies
Specifically wafers makers, etc
3) For domestic purposes also this project is useful
4)In Metro cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur where fast food stalls are like everywhere there also this application could do some big relief from food poisoning.
What I have learned ?
