Who is my project for?

My motivation in this project is that many people are prone to feel stress and physical symptoms derived from it, so I think it is important that there are more projects that help us to relax.

How to publicize my project?

When the project completes the tests in all the proposed scenarios in an efficient way, I would start explaining it in the work area with volunteers who want to play and have fun shouting to release their stress. I would like to make Ohmmie known with recommendations from people who have already used it having better references about my project, that way it would grow more and more.

How is it funded?

The entire project has been financed with personal funds, the time spent and the tests performed were constant and phased throughout the Ohmmie project.

Invention

Ohmmie 🧡 is a playful tool to relieve stress through sound and light. It allows you to compete by shouting, promoting laughter and relaxation. It detects the volume of screams with microphones and uses LED lights to show the winner, creating a dynamic experience. Ohmmy combines technology and wellness, transforming stress into fun and emotional connection.

The project, promotes emotional release through playful technology: Beyond being a simple game, Ohmmy introduces a new way to channel stress and pent-up emotions through shouting, an activity we rarely associate with relaxation. This makes it an innovative tool for emotional well-being, combining technology with a non-traditional approach to stress therapy. The project's contribution can be summarized as:

- Accessibility to wellness: Offers a universal and inclusive form of relaxation without the need for prior training.

Intellectual property

Considering the academic project, I was inclined to Creative Commons. It gives us all creators accessibility to public permission for our non-profit projects. I chose the CC BY-NC-SA option, the license gives us the freedom to reuse, distribute, mix, adapt and develop the material by any means or format you wish to use, giving attribution to the creator.

Bussiness model

The current version of Ohmmie is an academic project. A next version of Ohmmie could be an adventure, and it would be helping those who need it most. If there is a possibility to open new horizons in relation to the project it is the time to go for it.

How would fund scaling up

My goal is to win one of the state or private funds that help the expansion of new projects as a Startup, and having jurors can provide feedback to help improve my project.
