Idea :
My Final Project is Smart Energy Meter, This Devices is used to measure the Electrical Power and Energy Consumptions and Send the Measured the power and Energy to the Web Server where Company Supplier and Customer can Monitor the Consumed Electrical Power and Energy Also This Devices can help to save the Misused of Energy and also it can Improve the billing Issue.
My project is in final Phase of testing and it will soon lunched . In future I worked on Applicatin design and it will used for the remote monitering the Energy and power of the Home , schools and University etc.
Comercial Product:
To make My project for commercial product,I will need a Team memebers that work on this Project ,as well as To make a marketing plan for the Advertising the Meter with some offers and to make it suitable to lunch commercially from my Own University Sukkur IBA.
This is the Presentation Poster of my Final Project.In poster,I have defined the main Idea and Process of Implementation and Important of Meter.
Intellectual Property :
In general terms, intellectual property is any product of the human intellect that the law protects from unauthorized use by others. The ownership of intellectual property inherently creates a limited monopoly in the protected property. Intellectual property is traditionally comprised of four categories. Patent , Copyright , Trademark , and Trade Secrets .
Common LawCommon law did not recognize intellectual property rights. Justice Brandeis communicated this belief in his dissent to International News Service v. Associated Press:"The general rule of law is, that the noblest of human productions—knowledge, truths ascertained, conceptions, and ideas—become, after voluntary communication to others, as free as the air to common use.".

The licenses is the main part for any Product when we launch or Pushlished there we need some right that must be reserved, There so many property licenses for me to choose, but I am interested in MIT License and CC, so I do some research about the two licenses from the Google nad Find from this link, That is The MIT License (MIT).
Copy Righted Material:
Any original works of authorship including design, literary works, code, musical works, art, photographs, new technology is protected by the law of copyright. So when something is created including Research work, documents, music, and Sound, software, or products like Electronics, It is automatically protected by the law of copyright. We need to take the permission or refer the copyright license before re-using or sharing somebody's work even if it is posted online.
Laws of Copy Rights :
Copyright enables people to say who can share and re-use their creation. It is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights for its use and distribution. The exclusive rights are not absolute but limited by limitations and exceptions to copyright law, including fair use. that is very essential and that is also a potential product for the market.

If somehow designator Innovate any Product, and someone wants to rework or research his/ her Idea that time Creative common are acting main role. I have defined them.
