On the base of the "echo hello world board" the assignment involved a basic undestanding of electonics design as well as adding a LED and a button to it. The design has been made with "EAGLE".
The content of the class can be found "here" .
EAGLEThe design is being created Adafruit, Eagle and Fab Academy libraries for getting the components we needed. The autorouting of the components doesnt work as well as I was hoping, so I ended up routing it by myself.
MillingThe File is being prepared as a negative black and white png which is being converted to a generic path file. Using the Roland - One of the most important rules on milling is "inside out" and "small parts first". The paths are being milled with a 1/64 bit and the cutting with a 1/32 bit.
In the next days i will try to program it and make it work , fingers crossed :)
