Week 19: Invention, Intellectual Property, and Income

Assignment

Invention and Intellectual property

I am going to designing a smart helmet, inspired by the Movie "How to Train your Dragon" and the character "Hiccup & Toothless"

Dissemination

I think my final project will be useful for alot of people all around the world.
I would like to develope it more to smaller packaging with more extravagant lighting.
I want to make it open source. I hope that cyclists will be safer on the roads with light and a helmet.

I will likely improve my Fab webpage for the device with Tutorials and Code files available for download.

Future plans

I have made this project as a fun and safety measure for myself and my enjoyment only
but if there are others that would like to improve or work off of this, they can use my site to get help. I do not wish to make money off of this particular project, but may move on to workshops
or developing it more for a small packaged kit or device.
