Hi! I am Rodrigo Gamboa. I a maker based in Mérida, Yucatán, fascinated with the intersection of art, science & technology, antidisciplinary work, education and inclusion.

My background¶
I’m a Mechatronics Engineer and I’ve been working at Fab Lab Yucatán for 2 years, developing prototypes, educational programs and methodologies with the vision of democratizing technology. I consider myself a data-driven, yet human-centered computational designer and technologist. I care about others, that’s why I love to make community. I have a recently discovered immense passion for working with people, especially with passionate people with no specific background or knowledge. I’m an active learner and love to hear and be inspired by the experiences of others.
