Evaluate the project plan

My project has great potential, although at the beginning I started late, I managed to fulfill my goal, which is not 100% but still in development. The simple fact of creating a new device for blind people implies having my ideas very clear but I have to work under a spiral development as Neil mentioned, this will help my product take a fixed course.

Apply time management techniques

Try to make most of my assignments based on my final project, but unfortunately there were problems that did not allow me to meet them, however little by little and with patience I reached a breakthrough.

Summarize and communicate the essence of a project

If I am a blind person and I am in an unknown place, I would need an assistant; my device has to be that assistant that helps replace the normal guide. Chasqui is an ambitious project and a lot of future in the world are many people who have lost their sight.

The deadline for the final project: 2018 June 18 16h00 ECT In summary I have 4 weeks, I have to plan my time.

What tasks have been completed and what tasks are left?

Acquisition of GPS data, operation of vibrating motors, design of the handle. Check the link between the SD Card and the microcontroller, making the support mold.

How will I complete the remaining tasks on time?

May 15 --- Progress of the Final project 15% complete assignment 15 and 16 to 100%
May 22 --- Progress of the Final project 40% , Molding an Casting 100% Wilcard 100%
May 29 --- Advance project Final project 80% , Documentation at 100%
June 5th --- 100% Final Project

What has worked?

The sensing with the GPS module to work properly, together with the output of for the DC motors

What do not you have?

Route storage systems I need to link a map with my device Interface for the user. Handle in 3D printing Mold

What have you learned?

Actually I have learned a lot but more I appreciate that I could learn to make molds and design under a not so technical approach but looking for the satisfaction of the user.
