Conclusion

LICENSE
Design rights for the HERMET would have to be protected by copyright rather than patents or trademark. I have done creative work and designed CAD, manufacturing processes and software that when combined perform a specific function. In this case the work is my intellectual property and as the author I must choose how I would allow the work to be used. I would like others to be able to replicate the work but I would like to protect it and prevent someone from modifying it and commercializing under a different copyright. In the spirit of knowledge sharing and continued collaboration with Fab Labs, schools and governments, I believe that I should register the project with a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License. I hope that the creative work that I have done can expedite plant propagation and lead to new discoveries with epiphites and their fruits.
