The Design

This week i wanted to do something for our house, specially for my mom, Mother's day gift. i thought about two items a high table and a small chair I designed both on AutoCAD then used rhino to try the fit action

Exporting

After i finished the design i started nesting the parts on the sheet it was 18mm thick, 240 width and 120 high. when i was done nesting i exported the file DXF from rhino then took it to the machine's computer for the GCODE.

Gcode Aborting !!

Calculating the inside file wasn't much of a deal, the computer managed to do it. But when it came to the outside job it kept ABORTING !!! I had to divide the outside job to three separated job to simplify the calculations for the computer.

after nearly an hour i got all the pieces i cleaned them and started the assembly
