Who am I?
My name is Jose Angel Zarate, I am a 23-year-old mechatronics engineering student from Puebla, Mexico. I have always been curious and passionate about electronics and how things worked, which is what led me to study mechatronics. I love listening to music and playing video games. I'm also someone who likes to stay productive, so I often spend my spare time working on new project ideas or repairing/building computers. Hope you like my page!
Previous work
In the past years I've been involved in interesting and challenging projects. These are the ones I'm most proud of:
Sumobot
I was part of a team that build and design a “Sumobot” to participate in the annual “Robomatrix” that took place in the university of La Salle Oaxaca, Mexico in 2019.
Car audio system
I fully design and install a high fidelity sound system in my car, using two 1600W amplifiers, 10 Fahrad electronic capacitator a DB drive ESP, 4 Subwoofers, 1 woofer and 2 tweters.
Building computers
I'm passionate about computers. I had assembled more than 6 high-end computers which gave me a lot of experience in that field also made my own power supply to power my electronic projects.
Research of chassis for Go-Kars project THWS
I was part of a team to research the aerodynamics of a go-Kart chassis in the university THWS located in Schweinfurt, Germany. This was part of my exchange program I did in Germany.
