Bandbox — Dissemination Plan
Overview
The aim of Bandbox is not commercial. Instead, I want to ensure that the final project documentation is clear, complete, and reproducible by others. My focus is on sharing the process and results with the maker and music-tech communities.
Dissemination Strategy
- Document every part of the project thoroughly, including schematics, code, and fabrication files.
- Upload all materials to my GitLab repository to ensure full accessibility.
- Create a clean, minimal poster with a photo and exploded model, along with key technical data.
- Produce a short video (under 1 minute) demonstrating functionality in a simple, clear format.
- Share the project through social media and relevant online communities.
Future Potential
Possibilities
- May serve as an educational tool or DIY inspiration in electronic music design.
- Could help build connections in creative electronics or art-tech environments.
Probabilities
- Displayed during IAAC presentations and Fab Academy exhibition.
- Improves my portfolio with a completed, functional and aesthetic project.
- Acts as a stepping stone for future creative or technical collaborations.
Presentation Materials
- Draft Poster: In development. Includes a product photo and short summary.
- Draft Video: Prototype video recorded; final version to focus on clarity and simplicity.
