    Robotics is advancing every day, and it is essential that people become familiar with the basic concepts of this field of knowledge. Mathematics often serves as a barrier to entry for this, which is why I created Albert 1.0, a 3 DOF open-source robot. Click here to learn more.

    3D Printing
    For the development of this system, 3D printing played a fundamental role as it allowed the rapid manufacturing of each part of the robotic arm with acceptable tolerances to ensure the system's functionality.

    Electronics design
    A robot cannot exist without a robust electronic system to ensure its operability. To achieve this, I designed and manufactured a PCB based on the Xiao ESP32-C3, capable of controlling three stepper motors and three limit switches.

    Laser cutting
    I have long dreamed of a portable and easy-to-use robot. To achieve this goal, I designed a transportable electronics case with its own handle to allow for easy transportation of the system.

    I am passionate about the physical sciences and their applications in engineering. I hope to explore someday the integration of robotic systems with machine learning to provide robots with a certain level of autonomy, at least enough to incorporate them into the daily life of modern societies.
