dissemination plan
My project is aimed at places where there is an influx of people and have time to wait for the UV-C disinfection to be done this can be any common bathroom, dining or living areas, cafes, etc.
Things to improve:
-
Automatic liquid pouring, in adition to a better container for the liquid will be necessary to remade all the structure or add a lower segment in the machine.
Change the door system for a set of engines to take the movement to the other side of the door, replacing the cord as it can rip away after quite some times.
Add a fingerprint sensor for added security once the desinfection process is complete.
Search for a bigger DC motor with encoder for a better sweep, and add the necessary driver to the board.

Market Launch Plan and funding
Objective: To successfully launch the product by initially making it known through prototypes, collecting feedback, and improving the product before a full-scale commercial promotion.
1. Prototype Development and Testing
- Create Prototypes: Develop several prototypes of the product to demonstrate its functionality and gather initial feedback.
- Distribution for Feedback: Install the prototypes in strategic locations such as universities and companies of acquaintances. This will allow for a diverse range of user interactions and feedback.
- Collect Opinions: Actively seek opinions from users to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. Utilize surveys, direct interviews, and observation to gather comprehensive feedback.
- Iterate and Improve: Use the feedback to make necessary improvements to the prototypes. Focus on enhancing functionality, usability, and addressing any unforeseen issues that arise.
2. Promotion and Marketing
- Targeted Promotion: Once the final prototype is ready, promote the product to commercial squares and other high-traffic areas. This can include shopping malls, tech fairs, and other relevant venues where the target audience frequents.
- Marketing Materials: Develop compelling marketing materials including brochures, demo videos, and social media content to highlight the product’s features and benefits.
- Engage Influencers: Consider collaborating with influencers or industry experts to review and promote the product, increasing its visibility and credibility.
3. Funding and Scaling
- Secure Funding: Leverage the improved prototype and positive user feedback to secure funding. This can be through investors, crowdfunding platforms, or grants.
- Highlight Market Potential: Emphasize that the product is relatively affordable and has a high potential for market adoption, based on user feedback and market research.
- Plan for Scale: Develop a detailed plan for scaling production and distribution once funding is secured. This includes sourcing materials, manufacturing, and establishing distribution channels.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and Adapt: Post-launch, continuously monitor user feedback and market trends. Be prepared to adapt and improve the product based on ongoing feedback and technological advancements.
- FAB Academy Principles: Apply the principles learned during the FAB Academy to ensure continuous innovation and improvement. Anticipate unforeseen challenges and be proactive in addressing them.
Intellectual Property
To protect my work or more importantly consolidate it as a finished work and proposal, with room for improvements i need to choose the aproppiate license, that's why i choosed the creative commons license with the help of the next LINK y choosed the options to define my project and stablish that im open to work with the people interested but keeping my idea.

Income
On the subject of my project I easily see two options, the first is to leave the device as it is already designed and place it in a particular area for it on a small space, or change the design so that it is subjected to the wall and so put it next to the paper dispenser, like the Kimberly Clark brand that are simple dispensers but by the design they are around $120 while my device has enough technology in it so it would not be seen as an excessive expenditure.
