ABOUT ME
Hi! I am Juliana Lozano. I am an Architect Designer in Singapore, at the present I work in a team who designs private houses. All of our design has to be done in 3d and presented on renderings to the clients, all done by us.
With the years passing on and sitting in a chair for 12 hours a day in an office, I have been craving to do something with my hands, to do my creations, something I can keep with me and bring "everywhere" I want to. So I decided to take a sabbatical from my work and follow a Fab Academy course at the Singapore Polytechnic, hopefully, I will build enough knowledge and confidence to do my projects....and finish them.
This site will be the written process of that journey.
Previous work
I have worked in different countries as an Architect designer, Singapore, Panama, and my homeland Colombia. My first projects were of Institutional character, we designed buildings for schools, universities, and government institutions.
Julio Mario Santodomingo Building, Los Andes University
Talking about a specific project I am proud of this building, I was the designer leader. It has some of the design topics that interest me: Building skins, module repetition, and textures.
