main project plan

my project main plan in electronics and embedded programming and assembling process to be done
in elctronics is to use microcontrollers atmega328p and esp32 to communicate eachother
adding RFID card reader and lcd screen display and adding six buttons to controll six motors and the supply of 12v of the system
in assembly is to make six slots and whole cover in using mdf wood with thickness of 9mm
printing motor holder using 3d printer to attach on each slot and making wire spring
all those processes i will go through the assignment

    all has been completed
    my project working progress took long time to complete even though the interfacing with microcontrollers
    is the only issue remaining and also the project building structure mdf is not done
    microcontrollers remain to be connected

    the building of the whole case here the current work which is advancing as i expected

    what questions need to be resolved?

    as i am still improving the working principle of my prototype they are some questions that are needed to be resolved
    at first how do i make the pcb design and solder components on the pcb?
    and then how do i integrate my codes with the design to be made?
    so my project design there's a part with controlling motors, how to drive them? this has to be resolved as well
    therfore my design mechanism is quiet complicated so i have study the concept to make it working, how mechanism will work?
    at last my design structure has to meets the required in CAD design so far all those questions needs to be resolved

    what will happen when?

    It is so diffucult to schedule a timetable of the development, because it's strongly influenced by the the access to some funds or sponsoships.
    The first deadline is going be the local evaluation in june because later of this date no one will upload any documentation the second Deadline is in august,
    where i have to attend my postpones classroom exam and i have to make sure that every thing is working fine before entering in the exam
    after this work of my project i intend to modify the project into commercial status as a local bussiness
    therfore timeline proposed not fitting as well as expected but close

    what have you learned?

    for all previous weeks assignments we have done a different works, like electronics design
    electronics production, embedded programming and substractive with additional work
    for my project is included all those process mentioned are covered in assignments
    so i have learned a lot during my project period, i learned using machines such as cnc and laser
    even milling machine
    i have learn time management, which goes with working hard,
    and also the i have learnt to work not depending on anyone
