Use the test equipment in your lab to observe the operation of a microcontroller circuit board.
Today the team learnt about some lab equipment to test and measure microcontrollers activity.
1st.
Use of the multimeter for:
- Measure voltage, amperage, capacity, continuity and resistance of electric/electronic devices.
- We measured a potentiometer knob.
- A 9 volts battery.
- And a 10k ohm resistor.
2nd.
The Oscilloscope:
- With this machine we can graphically see a varying voltage between two or more signals.
- The graphs are represented in two axis: Time and voltage.
- In the exercise, we programmed an Arduino UNO and then saw how the signal looked like.
