I wish that the project proposed in the FabAcademy can be reproduced in any educational institution so that it supports them in the concepts of electronics and specifically process control or the like, it is available everywhere, in any case, it is required to obtain a license for it, since the ideology is free software we will also look for a license with free features.

If this product is made, changed, improved at least every time it happens, I will be mentioned as the creator.

Section 1 – Definitions.

Section 2 – Scope of Application.

3. Validity. The term of this Public License is specified in section 6(a).

4. Media and formats; Technical modifications allowed. The Licensor authorizes You to exercise the Licensed Rights in all means and formats, currently known or to be created in the future, and to make the necessary technical modifications for it. The Licensor waives and/or undertakes not to assert any right or power to prohibit You from making the technical modifications necessary to exercise the Licensed Rights, including the technical modifications necessary to circumvent the Effective Technological Measures. For the purposes of this Public License, merely making modifications authorized by this section 2(a)(4) never produces Adapted Material.

5. Posterior receptors.

A. Licensor's Offer – Licensed Material. Each recipient of Licensed Material automatically receives an offer from the Licensor to exercise the Licensed Rights under the terms and conditions of this Public License.

B. No restrictions on subsequent recipients. You may not offer or impose any different or additional terms or conditions, nor may you apply any Effective Technological Measures to the Licensed Material if doing so restricts the exercise of the Licensed Rights to any recipient of the Licensed Material.

6. No endorsement. Nothing in this Public License constitutes or may be construed as permission to state or imply that You, or Your use of the Licensed Material, is connected with, sponsored, endorsed, or recognized as having official status by the Licensor or others designated to receive the License. Attribution/Acknowledgment as provided in section 3(a)(1)(A)(i).

b. Other rights.

1. Moral rights, such as the right to integrity, are not covered by this Public License, nor are rights of publicity, privacy, or other similar personal rights. However, to the extent possible, Licensor waives and/or agrees not to enforce any of these rights that it holds as Licensor, limited to what is necessary for You to exercise the Licensed Rights, but not otherwise.

2. Patent and trademark rights are not subject to this Public License.

3. To the extent possible, Licensor waives the right to collect royalties from You for the exercise of the Licensed Rights, either directly or through a collecting society under any voluntary, waivable, or non-waivable licensing scheme. In all other cases, the Licensor expressly reserves any right to collect such royalties, including those cases in which the Licensed Material is used for purposes other than Non-Commercial.

Section 3 – License Conditions.

Your exercise of the Licensed Rights is expressly subject to the following conditions.

1. If You share the Licensed Material (including in modified form), You must:

A. Retain the following if provided by Licensor with the Licensed Material:

B. Indicate whether You modified the Licensed Material and retain an indication of prior modifications; and

C. Indicate that the Licensed Material is licensed under this Public License, and include the text, URI, or hyperlink to this Public License.

2. You may satisfy the conditions of section 3(a)(1) in any reasonable way depending on the means, manners and context in which You Share the Licensed Material. For example, it may be reasonable to satisfy the conditions by providing a URI or hyperlink to a resource that includes the required information.

3. Upon Licensor's request, You must remove any information required by section 3(a)(1)(A) to the extent reasonably possible.

b. If You Share Adapted Material produced by You, the Adapter License You apply must not prevent recipients of the adapted material from complying with this Public License.

Future plans for the project:

I can prepare assembleable modules of this project and I could sell it including the laboratory practices that can be carried out; but if someone else makes them and markets them to other people or a specific company, they have to share their profits with me as a contribution to my work in product development and creation.

I also want to prepare other modules with the same horizons as this project and thus provide a maker environment in the area where I live to generate different projects.
