PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES
The project to be developed is the construction of a tank module built with economical but resistant material for teaching in the Industrial Electronics Study Program and related. This module is designed to be structurally built in MDF of about 3 to 5 mm, cut with a CNC laser, if the material is desired to be stronger such as wood or even some metal, the CNC router can be used, in addition the router is used to create the tracks of the electronic boards of the control system and/or the command card. The sensors will be encapsulated in custom supports, designed for a 3D printer in such a way that they can be integrated where required by the module for specific applications such as liquid level control, temperature control through liquid flow, among others.
The module must be transportable as if it were a small suitcase, it will serve to demonstrate to students the principles of level, flow and temperature control, whether working with a microcontroller, PLC, digital circuits, FPGA, etc.In addition, it is desired that students can interact with the module remotely, can program it and test it from their homes since the module can be in the laboratory or a specific application.
