This week I will work on the beginnings of my project

PROJECT IDEA

This project is born from an idea related to the operation of food processing equipment, for this reason, it was decided to design an electronic circuit that contains a temperature sensor to be able to incorporate it into a small pot of productive simulation and thus give it the adequate operation. since it is a device that determines the temperature through a process called: heat treatment. For the construction of a kettle, materials such as aluminum were used for the assembly of the pot, supports for the support of the pot, adapters and motor for the homogenizing paddle of the pot, likewise, the electronic circuit was prototyped adapting a sensor and a small screen to control the desired temperature range. The project was based on the fact that the kettle is a piece of equipment that greatly highlights the production of dairy products and fruits at an industrial level, likewise, it is reflected in the productive part that is carried out within the workshops belonging to the Industry study program. Food, such as the production of: juices, nectars, jams and yogurt.
