Electronic Resistors Dispenser Machine

This sketch is about a machine to sell/give electronic resistors using a web server where the people who need the product buy/ask for an specific number of resistors. The idea it's to work in the basics of real time web communication to make things happen easy and from any place in the world with internet access.

The first ideas I have about the design of the machine I drew in a piece of paper as you can see below

More Thoughts

I was drawing some parts of the machine and trying to figure it out how it should work, what is needed to be functional and so on. After I realize a posible design I drew a side view of the subsystems. This is really helpful to me, now I can realize how the case of the machine can be and starting designing it based on parametrics to allow adjust the size as needed when I clarify the space needed for each component and subsystem.

"Distancia Corta" (short distance) will be something to care about as the line of resistors will going through this path until it reach the end of the machine (the square dots suppose to be resistors) If there are just a few resistors left will not be possible to deliver them if the "short distance" it's a long distance. For these problem also notice will be necesary to have a sensor (sensor feedback) to know when there is no more resistors in the delivery roller and take some actions then, for example make the delivery slow to allow the last resistors go through the machine without problems or just stop the delivery. I need to make some test to know what will work.

From the ideas in the first sketch I try to be specific in the design to be able to start working on the project. I divided the project in subsystems, write the main task each subsystem have to do and what I have to do to complete each one. For me it's easy to write my thought and ideas on paper because as I write and draw I can notice or think in more details wich let me realize so much more.
