Square knot
Boy Scout's inspiration ;)
Knot's are always difficult to fabricate, so i think design one, and then print it.
First i learn with Luis some Rhino. :)
First i use curve command to chose the curve tool to design the knot.
After that, i use "Points on" so i can control all the point's of the curve.
I controle them using Gumball tool, for a more accurate manipulation
After i design the shape as a part of the rope of a knot, i scale it to fit the size i have imagined (cm's).
Than copying that shape and rotate them to fit like a knot in one another
Again i use gumball to adjust the curve point's
PIPE is the magical command that put a pipe along the curve.
So know the knot look's more real and i can print it :)

For use 3D file viewer from github you must remove "blob" word and make it like this.
script src="https://embed.github.com/view/3d/miroluis/FabMiroOnGit/master /reef_knot.stl" /script
So i print it in my 3d Printer PowerWasp

And here is the magic 3d printer that is also an CNC milling machine :)
PowerWasp
Three 3d printer's in constraint's
So in this week i listen Niel talk about constrain's in 3d printer's something that i know but not have tested yet, so i put my 3d printer to the test.

Here is the constraint file.

I test it in Portuguese
BeeTheFirst

And in
BCN 3D+
Let's Scan something...
Take the 3D "photo" of something is quite unusual. But exist's a lot of technic's like professor Niel said in the
class.
For this week assignment i chose my 3D Scanner from
NextEngine.
I have scan an conch in maximum resolution. That makes a 700Mb File :o
And here are the photos.

After scan it has this aspect

You can see it online

Here is the
