Invention, intellectual property, and income

I want my speaker to be open source. I have enjoyed making it, and I want others to do that as well.
I have tried in any aspects to make the design files so they easy can be changed and personalised by others.
I want to retain the intellectual property of the project, so please credit me for my work if you want to take it future.
The speaker could possibly make an income, but there still need a lot of work before that could be so,
so if anybody wants to put the work into the project,
they should feel free to do so.
