  Week 3: Computer Controlled Cutting - Laser
I was very excited to cut cardboard on the laser cutter because in the past we were told the pockets of air would explode and cause the paper to catch fire. (I'm pleased to report that did not happen.)

More pictures will be posted soon, but the experience of trying to make something that was press-fit left me with some impressions. I would like to try some of the other press-fit styles I've seen on the web pages of other students. However for this simple kind of press fit stuff, I think I prefer "glue-fit" precision, especially for rapid prototyping.
