Week 14. Mechanical design, machine design
The assignment for this week was to design and build the mechanical part
of the final project, but my final project does not include any moving mechanical part...
After discussing it with my my local instructor Nuria, we saw that this problem
happened to more people, and finally it was decided in an email from
Anna that:
"for projects that are not explicitly
"mechanical" in nature (no actuation/motors, e.g wearables etc), this requirement can

General layout
The first design/diagram is the project layout. It includes the goal structure, a computer to control the goal and 8 sensors: 4 in the side post and 4 in the top post. The eight sensors and the computer are connected with a bus.
The bus connecting the eight nodes is a 6 cond flat ribbon cable, although really only 4 are used for Vcc, GND, data from nodes to computer and data from computer to nodes. The connection of the cable to the nodes is irrelevant, once all the connectores are plugged in the same way.
